SB.TV went to Youngman’s studio for this stripped back version of his latest single, “Who Knows”. Sounds very cool, check it out.
First track comes from Moguai with the track “Mpire”. This track goes all over the place, there are so many levels on this track, its hard to describe. So just have a listen and if you like it watch out for his LP dropping on the Mau5trap label at the end of January.
Moguai – Mpire (Original Mix) (320)
Second up its collaboration between Afrojack and Shermanology on the track “Can’t Stop Me”. What can I say about Afrojack, he delivers banger after banger. This track has got his customary bleepy electro & pumping sounds topped off with some nice vocals.
Afrojack & Shermanology – Can’t Stop Me (Club Mix) (320)
Last one comes from Dirty South and Thomas Gold with “Eyes Wide Open” featuring vocals from Kate Elsworth. At first I was liking this just for the vocal alone but then I heard this killer build up and then it dropped and I was hooked.
Dirty South & Thomas Gold feat. Kate Elsworth – Eyes Wide Open (Original Mix) (320)
This is the video for new Ed Sheeran single “Drunk”. Check out a cool Drum & Bass mix of this track here.
First track comes from DJ Fresh and its his remix of the Doctor P track “Neon” featuring Jenna G. This remix is on another level, DJ Fresh is just one of the best producers around, he proves it on every track he works on. This remix is must listen.
Second one is the Sigma remix of the fresh Rusko track “Somebody To Love”. This Rusko track is tearing it up at the moment and we have a mega drum and bass remix from Sigma to wrap our ears around. I liked Sigma for a long time and this one of my favourite tracks from them. I think this is the final full version of this remix but I’m not 100%.
Last up its the Rudimental remix of the Ed Sheeran track “Drunk”. “Drunk” is the next single to be taken from Ed Sheeran’s debut album and this is cool little D&B bootleg. Check it out and if you like this one check out their remix of Lego House too.
First up its the Raffertie remix of the PNAU track “Unite Us”. I always like the Raffertie sound because its always varied and its always fresh. This remix takes the original from the Australian production duo PNAU and gives it pretty deep dark electro sound.
Pnau – Unite Us (Raffertie Remix) (320)
Second track is the Pedestrian remix of the Tropics track “Mouves”. Pedestrian, a favourite new producer of mine, from the Push and Run Record label has remixed and reshaped ‘Mouves’ from its gently sung verses disappearing into clouds of echoey Rhodes chords and floating synths into his own interpretation.
Tropics – Mouves (Pedestrian Remix) (320)
Last one comes from Eat More Cake with the track “Age of Sin” taken from “Climb The Ladder, Live The Dream” EP1 available to buy here. I really love this track, I like its got such a cool sound. The track has a great little beat and it just perfect for a lazy Sunday.
First track is Wilkinson remix of the new Jess Mills track “Pixelated People”. This is the first dubstep production I’ve heard from Wilkinson and I’m really liking his sound. And it helps when you’re remixing the amazing voice of Jess Mills.
Jess Mills – Pixelated People (Wilkinson Remix) (256)
Second up its the Roksonix remixing the Doctor P track “Neon” featuring Jenna G. I’ve been loving this Doctor P track for a while now. The remixes dropped this week, and this Roksonix one is quite the banger. have a listen.
Doctor P – Neon (Roksonix Remix) (320)
Last one is the Breakage remix of the Florence and the Machine track “No Light, No Light”. I love a good Breakage remix and thats just what this is, I’ve been listening to the radio rip of this since November so its to get a proper version. Breakage brings the deep sub bass and Florence brings the haunting vocals, perfect match.
Florence & The Machine – No Light, No Light (Breakage’s One Moment Less For Mortimer Mix) (320)
First track is the R3hab remix of the Far East Movement track “Jello” featuring Rye Rye. This is another monster remix from R3hab. I thought the Unicorn Kid remix sounded good, this remix sounds bigger, bassier and definitely one for the clubs.
Far East Movement ft Rye Rye – Jello (R3hab Remix) (320)
Second up is the LA Riots Club remix for the Neon Hitch track “Fuck U Betta”. I haven’t heard any LA Riots in quite a while (probably my fault for not looking). But still this is big track and I’m loving it, slightly techy in places, just electro house in others, its definitely a cool track.
Neon Hitch – Fuck U Betta (LA Riots Club Remix) (320)
Last up its Louis La Roche remixing the Riva Starr and Fatboy Slim track “Get Naked”. This track takes it down a notch with more disco/french house inspired remix. I’ve heard a few remixes of this track and this one is probably my favourite, I like the more chilled nature of it.
Riva Starr & Fatboy Slim feat. Beardyman – Get Naked (Louis La Roche ‘Is It Summer Yet’ Remix) (320)
